Victor Banks is a real estate professional with 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, finance, and estates. He is a Broker / Owner of Century 21 Milestone Realty. Victor Banks is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA degree in Economics. He is a certified “Realtor” with the National Association of Realtors. He has additional certifications as a CPE, Certified Probate Expert, and SFR, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource
